Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, either at the counter or drive-thru.
- Prepare food and beverages according to Chick-fil-A's quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and provide correct change.
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service or properly secured.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and kindness.
Required Skills
