Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, carts, and work areas.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms for quality control and ensure they meet brand standards before guest arrival.

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
