Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant with a focus on recruitment to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Centennial, Colorado. This role provides crucial administrative support to our recruitment function, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and managing interview logistics.
  • Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and manage onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data with accuracy.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, company careers page, and social media platforms.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry and report generation.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and recruitment processes.
