Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Aide to join our corporate support team in Cincinnati. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to gain foundational experience within a dynamic investment banking environment. You will provide crucial administrative and operational support to our banking professionals, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient client service. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to investment banking teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other client-facing documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining client relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct basic research to support client projects and internal initiatives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and discretion.
- Process expense reports and manage office supplies inventory.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless office operations.
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by banking professionals.
