Job Description
We are seeking a highly discreet and observant individual to join our team as a Part-Time Jewelry Store Mystery Auditor specializing in high-value items. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the exceptional customer service, security protocols, and operational integrity of our luxury retail environments. This is a unique opportunity to provide invaluable feedback that helps maintain our prestigious brand standards. You will visit designated Tiffany & Co. locations, discreetly evaluate specific aspects of the store experience, and provide detailed, unbiased reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced mystery visits to specified Tiffany & Co. retail locations.
- Rigorously evaluate sales associate performance, including product knowledge, engagement, sales techniques, and adherence to service protocols.
- Assess the overall store environment, focusing on cleanliness, merchandising, and the presentation of high-value items.
- Observe and report on security measures, staff attentiveness, and procedural compliance related to precious inventory.
- Interact with staff in a typical customer scenario to gauge the authentic customer experience.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and detailed written reports on each visit, adhering to strict deadlines and guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all audit findings and company information.
- Adhere to all provided instructions and audit criteria with meticulous attention to detail.
