Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Junior Office Aide to join our administrative team in New Port Richey. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to start their career in an office environment and gain valuable professional experience. The Junior Office Aide will play a crucial supporting role, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and contributing to an organized and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into various systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as requested.
- Ensure the office common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior staff.
Required Skills
