Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages, primarily Python.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing platforms and products.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and help maintain high code quality standards.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to AI/ML model performance and system integrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Familiarity with at least one major ML framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and practices.
- Completed AI/ML-focused coursework or personal projects demonstrating practical application.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
