Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Kitting Associate to join our clean room team in Savannah, Georgia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously preparing and organizing components and materials into kits used in the assembly of high-precision aerospace components. This position requires exceptional manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and strict adherence to clean room protocols and quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a controlled environment, ensuring that all kits are assembled accurately and efficiently to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise kitting and sub-assembly operations for delicate components within a certified clean room environment.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with meticulous accuracy.
  • Inspect components for quality, defects, and conformity to specifications before kitting.
  • Maintain inventory of components, report discrepancies, and assist with material handling.
  • Operate small hand tools, measuring devices, and clean room equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all clean room protocols, including gowning, material transfer, and contamination control.
  • Document work performed, material consumption, and quality checks accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to perform fine manual tasks with precision and dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions and procedures in English.
