Job Description
Join our dedicated Late Evening Crew at Target and play a vital role in ensuring our store is ready for the next day. As a member of our evening team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and backroom. Key Responsibilities
- Execute efficient stocking and merchandising of products on sales floor, ensuring items are correctly priced and displayed.
- Receive and process incoming merchandise, organizing backroom inventory according to company standards.
- Operate balers, compactors, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks across various store areas, including floors, restrooms, and fitting rooms.
- Assist with inventory counts and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures during night operations.
- Collaborate with other crew members to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work consistent late evening/overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
