Job Description
Black Tie Limousine is seeking dedicated and professional Limo Drivers to join our esteemed team in Portland, ME. We offer a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,500, ensuring stability and reward for your commitment to excellence. As a Limo Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, and high-quality transportation services to our diverse clientele. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of luxury travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and stretch limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide punctual transportation services for clients, including airport transfers, corporate events, special occasions, and private tours.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles, inside and out, before and after each trip.
- Exhibit professional decorum, discretion, and excellent communication skills with all clients.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic patterns and client preferences.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to a strict dress code and maintain a polished professional appearance.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, chauffeur).
- Excellent knowledge of Portland, ME, and surrounding New England areas.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine chauffeur or executive driver.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement (not strictly required for all limo types but a plus).
- Knowledge of luxury vehicle operation and maintenance basics.
- Multilingual abilities.
