Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Limo Rental Host to join our team in Wesley Chapel. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and premium experience from their first inquiry to the completion of their rental. You will be the face of Mears Transportation, responsible for guiding clients through the rental process, managing reservations, assisting with vehicle selection, and ensuring all details are meticulously handled to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with their luxury transportation needs.
  • Process limousine rental inquiries, reservations, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Educate clients on available luxury vehicles, features, and rental packages, offering tailored recommendations.
  • Prepare rental agreements, collect payments, and manage all necessary documentation.
  • Conduct pre-rental vehicle inspections with clients, ensuring comfort with vehicle amenities and features.
  • Coordinate with the operations and detailing teams to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming reception area, upholding the luxury image of Mears Transportation.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
