Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and physically fit Marquee Rigger Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced environment and are eager to learn the ropes of event structure installation. As a Marquee Rigger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the setup and dismantle of various marquees and temporary structures, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior riggers in the safe and efficient installation and dismantling of marquees and event structures.
- Handle, load, and unload equipment and materials, including poles, fabric, flooring, and rigging hardware.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines meticulously to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general site preparation and cleanup duties.
- Maintain equipment in good working order, reporting any damage or issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and outdoor work environments.
Required Skills

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights.
