Job Description

In this remote position, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality, usability, and overall user experience of various mobile applications across different platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of mobile applications on designated devices (iOS and/or Android).
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, performance issues, and usability concerns.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and actionable feedback on app features, design, and user flow.
- Complete rating tasks within specified timeframes and adhere to project guidelines.
- Participate in calibration sessions and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members regarding task progress and issues.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency with smartphones and tablets (iOS and/or Android).
- Excellent written communication skills in English for detailed feedback reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of mobile app interfaces and user experience principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in app testing, quality assurance, or user experience roles.
