Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mobile Moped Valet to join our Grand Rapids team. In this unique role, you will be responsible for the meticulous detailing and basic upkeep of our fleet of mopeds and other small vehicles. This mobile position requires independent work, excellent time management, and a passion for ensuring vehicles are presented in pristine condition. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning and detailing of mopeds, scooters, and other small vehicles.
- Conduct basic pre- and post-rental inspections for cleanliness, damage, and fuel levels.
- Safely transport vehicles between various locations using company-provided equipment and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, significant damage, or safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure all vehicles meet Enterprise Mobility's high standards for presentation and operational readiness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during vehicle handling and cleaning operations.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning techniques and products.
- Strong communication skills to report findings and interact with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, car wash, or automotive services.
- Familiarity with various types of small vehicles (mopeds, scooters, electric bikes).
- Customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
