Job Description

Panera Bread in Manchester, NH is seeking a motivated and reliable Morning Bakery Runner to ensure our bakery cases are stocked and ready for our guests each morning. This vital role involves handling fresh deliveries, organizing displays, and supporting the baking team to ensure a seamless start to our day. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and organize daily fresh bakery deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Stock bakery display cases with a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Ensure proper rotation of products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Assist the baking team with basic prep tasks and maintaining a clean work area.
- Monitor product levels and communicate needs to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently wake up early and arrive on time.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed by noon.
