Job Description
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Wellness Coordinator to join our Corporate Wellness team. This 100% remote role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing music-based wellness programs designed to enhance the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our corporate clients’ employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the therapeutic benefits of music and a talent for creating engaging, impactful wellness initiatives within a corporate setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape innovative programs that contribute to a healthier, happier workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative music wellness programs and initiatives tailored for diverse corporate environments and employee needs.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of virtual music wellness sessions, workshops, and events for corporate clients.
- Curate and maintain a library of music resources, playlists, and interactive content promoting relaxation, focus, stress reduction, and positive mood.
- Collaborate with internal wellness specialists and external music therapists/educators to ensure program efficacy and engagement.
- Monitor program participation and gather feedback to continually refine and improve music wellness offerings.
- Communicate program benefits and successes to corporate clients, contributing to client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and research in music therapy, sound healing, and corporate wellness to integrate best practices.
- Manage program logistics, including participant registration, technical support for virtual sessions, and resource distribution.
- Develop marketing and communication materials to promote music wellness programs to corporate employees.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in program coordination or management, preferably in wellness, education, or event planning.
- Strong understanding of the impact of music on well-being and basic principles of music theory or therapy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to program development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, Music Education, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification or coursework in music therapy, sound healing, or corporate wellness.
- Experience working with corporate clients or in a B2B service environment.
- Familiarity with data collection and basic analytics for program evaluation.
- Proficiency in content creation tools for digital wellness resources.
