This unique part-time opportunity allows you to enjoy fine dining experiences while providing invaluable feedback to help us maintain and elevate our world-class service standards. As a Mystery Dinner Guest, you will anonymously evaluate various aspects of our dining establishments, from ambiance and menu presentation to food quality and staff interaction. Your detailed observations will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. This role offers high earning potential per assignment and a flexible schedule, ideal for those seeking to contribute meaningfully in their spare time.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit designated dining establishments within the Hyatt portfolio.
- Observe and meticulously evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, including cleanliness, ambiance, menu accuracy, food quality, presentation, portion sizes, service speed, and staff attentiveness.
- Maintain complete discretion and anonymity throughout the visit.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and constructive written feedback reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each specific assignment.
- Engage with staff as a regular guest, assessing their professionalism and service delivery.
