Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our content operations team as Netflix Taggers. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for meticulously tagging and categorizing Netflix content, including films, TV series, and documentaries, with relevant metadata. Your work directly impacts how millions of users discover new content, influencing recommendation algorithms and search functionality. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately apply a wide range of metadata tags (genre, mood, themes, plot points, cast, crew, etc.) to Netflix content.
  • Watch and analyze films, TV series, and documentaries to identify key attributes and nuanced details.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to established tagging guidelines and taxonomy standards.
  • Provide feedback on content tagging tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with content strategists and data scientists to refine metadata categories.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix content library and emerging trends in entertainment.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding and passion for film and television content across various genres.
