Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with event setup and coordination as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
