Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Service Associate to join our team in Irving, TX. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing essential support to various departments, and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with the setup and coordination of meetings, including room preparation and basic catering arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Ensure common areas, such as reception, conference rooms, and kitchens, are tidy and well-maintained.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary materials.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment up to 25 pounds
- Detail-oriented and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
