Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Assist optometrists and opticians with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Sterilize and maintain optometric equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Process patient payments and manage insurance verification under supervision.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
