Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-time Stock Replenisher to join our team for weekend evening shifts. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and presentable for our customers. You will work within a fast-paced environment, handling incoming merchandise, replenishing stock on sales floors, and maintaining a clean and safe working area. This position is perfect for individuals looking for consistent part-time work with evening hours on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and safely transport merchandise to the sales floor or storage areas.
- Efficiently replenish products on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stocktaking procedures.
- Organize backroom and storage areas to ensure accessibility and orderliness.
- Remove empty cartons and packaging materials, keeping the store clean and tidy.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide basic support when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies, especially during evening hours.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely (training provided if necessary).
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise regularly (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend evening shifts.
- Basic communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
