Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Virtual HR Assistant to provide essential weekend recruitment support. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews and send calendar invitations to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and answering preliminary questions.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (e.g., HR assistant, recruitment coordinator).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo).
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
