Job Description

You will play a crucial role in preparing, executing, and dismantling various events, contributing to the visual appeal and seamless flow. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, decorations, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and other event essentials according to floor plans and client specifications.
- Contribute creative ideas for event decor, themes, and arrangements to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure all event spaces are meticulously clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing before, during, and after events.
- Transport equipment and supplies safely and efficiently within the venue.
- Collaborate effectively with the event planning team, catering staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect all equipment for damage and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide on-site support during events as needed, assisting with minor adjustments or guest requests.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic problem-solving abilities.
- No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are key.
Preferred Qualifications
