Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and departmental teams, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible and secure.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, invitations, and material preparation.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, conducting research and compiling data.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
