Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Data Processor to join our remote team. This is a high-volume data entry role critical to the accurate and timely processing of pharmacy-related information. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional accuracy, speed, and a strong work ethic, thriving in an independent, remote work environment. You will be responsible for entering a variety of data, including patient demographics, prescription details, and claims information, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and company protocols. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of our national operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry of pharmacy prescriptions, patient information, and claims into proprietary systems with exceptional accuracy and speed.
- Verify data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Prioritize and manage daily workload to meet established productivity and quality targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data issues or processing delays.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with system updates and procedural changes.
- Utilize various software applications and databases efficiently for data input and retrieval.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with high-volume data entry (accuracy and speed are paramount).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work environment.
