Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Pinterest Conversion Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a crucial remote role focused on optimizing our Pinterest strategy to drive significant conversion rate improvements and maximize click-through rates (CTR) for our merchants’ campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advanced Pinterest advertising strategies, conducting rigorous A/B testing, and providing weekly performance checks and recommendations. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our merchants by transforming Pinterest engagement into measurable sales and growth. This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest advertising strategies aimed at maximizing conversion rates and CTR.
- Conduct in-depth weekly performance analysis of Pinterest campaigns, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement rigorous A/B tests for pins, ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize performance.
- Manage Pinterest ad budgets effectively to achieve ROAS and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing visual assets and compelling ad copy specifically for Pinterest.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to internal teams and potentially to key merchant accounts.
- Generate detailed weekly reports outlining campaign performance, insights, and strategic next steps.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Pinterest Ads Manager and organic Pinterest marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrable experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting insights and strategies.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journeys on visual platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with large-scale e-commerce businesses or digital marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) a plus.
- Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Certification in Pinterest advertising or related digital marketing fields.
