Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pinterest Inbox Manager to join our remote team. This role is 100% focused on written correspondence, managing all incoming messages, comments, and inquiries via our Pinterest platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, possess exceptional written communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the Pinterest ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand’s voice, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and fostering a positive community experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond promptly to all Pinterest direct messages, comments, and public inquiries.
  • Address customer service questions, product inquiries, and general feedback with professionalism and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., customer support, product development) and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Engage proactively with the Pinterest community, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Wayfair's products, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report insights to improve content strategy and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the social media marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English (US English).
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of written correspondence.
  • Strong understanding of the Pinterest platform, including its features and community guidelines.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in social media management, community management, or customer service, particularly in an e-commerce setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or social media management tools.
