Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pinterest Infographic Designer to join our dynamic marketing and digital content team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality, data-driven infographics specifically tailored for the Pinterest platform. Your designs will simplify complex information, tell compelling stories, and drive engagement, helping Target connect with a broad audience through visually appealing and informative content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging, on-brand infographics and data visualizations for Pinterest, ensuring they are optimized for platform best practices and user experience.
- Translate complex data and information into clear, concise, and visually appealing graphics that are easy to understand and share.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists, marketing teams, and data analysts to understand project requirements and key messaging.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Target's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
- Research current design trends and Pinterest best practices to continuously innovate and improve content performance.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Infographic Designer or Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing data visualization and infographic work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience designing for Pinterest or other social media platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas visually and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
