Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Pinterest Sentiment Guru with a strong market research background to join our dynamic insights team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from Pinterest to uncover consumer sentiment, emerging trends, and behavioral patterns. Your insights will directly inform strategic recommendations for our clients across various industries, helping them understand their target audiences and optimize their marketing efforts on one of the fastest-growing visual discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute market research projects focused on Pinterest, leveraging advanced sentiment analysis techniques.
  • Monitor, collect, and analyze data from Pinterest to identify key themes, brand perceptions, and consumer trends.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, data scientists, and account managers, to deliver integrated research solutions.
  • Stay abreast of Pinterest platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging social media trends relevant to market research.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies for sentiment analysis and trend forecasting on visual platforms.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in market research or social media intelligence, specifically with sentiment analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of Pinterest as a platform, including its features, user behavior, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and client presentations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python) and social listening platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Sociology, or a related field.
