Job Description
As a Pinterest Support Specialist for TTEC, you will provide 100% written support to Pinterest users, resolving their inquiries and technical issues through email, chat, and other digital channels. This fully remote position requires exceptional written communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience with the Pinterest platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional written support to Pinterest users via email, chat, and other designated platforms.
- Accurately identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues related to account management, technical problems, content policies, and general platform usage.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and timely responses.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for all interactions.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on Pinterest features, policies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share knowledge effectively.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, with perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with users and translate technical information into easy-to-understand language.
- Proficiency in using web-based applications, CRM software, and communication tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a remote customer support role, particularly with chat or email channels.
- Familiarity with the Pinterest platform as a user or content creator.
- Experience with social media platforms and their respective support structures.
