Job Description
As a Professional Livery Operator with a High Precision focus, you will be the face of Blacklane, providing first-class ground transportation services to our corporate and private clients in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. Your role is crucial in upholding our commitment to punctuality, safety, and an exemplary customer experience. We are seeking individuals who possess an unwavering attention to detail, exceptional driving skills, and a professional demeanor to ensure every journey is executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous vehicle cleanliness and presentation, performing pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, demonstrating superior time management and punctuality.
- Utilize navigation and communication tools effectively to ensure precise routing and client updates.
- Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Complete daily trip logs and administrative tasks accurately.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or high-end livery experience.
- Valid Florida Driver's License with an impeccable driving record.
- Deep knowledge of Tallahassee and surrounding area roadways and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong navigational abilities and comfort with GPS and mobile applications.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Prior experience with corporate or VIP clientele.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
