Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and enjoy evaluating customer experiences? Ipsos is seeking motivated and reliable Professional Mystery Shoppers to join our team in Wesley Chapel and surrounding suburbs. This flexible role allows you to work on your own schedule, visiting various businesses as a regular customer to assess service quality, product availability, and adherence to brand standards. Your objective and unbiased feedback will be crucial in helping businesses understand and enhance their customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to a variety of businesses (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, service centers) within your local area as a typical customer.
- Carefully observe and evaluate specific criteria related to customer service, store environment, product display, and employee interactions.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner to assess their responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism.
- Complete detailed and accurate online reports shortly after each shop, providing comprehensive feedback and answers to specific survey questions.
- Adhere strictly to all project guidelines, instructions, and deadlines for each assigned shop.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details.
- Represent Ipsos professionally and ethically during all assignments.
Required Skills
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills to articulate experiences clearly and objectively
- Reliable access to a computer with internet and basic proficiency in online reporting tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mystery shopper or similar customer service evaluation role
