Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Promoted Pins Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team in the Chula Vista area. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our digital advertising campaigns, specifically focusing on ‘promoted pins’ across various platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach, and ROI. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for uncovering data-driven opportunities in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital advertising metrics, A/B testing methodologies, and experience with data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of promoted pin campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Identify key performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign elements (creatives, targeting, bidding).
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, creative teams, and data scientists to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends in promoted content and digital advertising.
  • Manage data integrity and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications
