Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Greeter to join our Fontana team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking flexible hours to gain valuable office experience in a supportive healthcare environment. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival, directing them appropriately.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide basic information to patients and visitors regarding services and facilities.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
