Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Google Data Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a routine, work-from-home, ongoing full-time role, perfect for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and possess strong organizational skills. As a Google Data Clerk, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining various data sets primarily within Google Workspace applications. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to critical data integrity and operational efficiency for our clients. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine data entry, data compilation, and data verification tasks using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other Google Workspace tools.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records in Google Drive, ensuring accurate categorization and easy retrieval.
  • Conduct basic data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
  • Generate simple reports and summaries from collected data as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data status and project updates.
  • Adhere to data security and privacy protocols at all times.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support data management initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive).
