Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Junior Web Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our innovative team. This full-time position is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to build a robust portfolio while contributing to real-world projects. You will work on developing and maintaining web applications that integrate AI functionalities, learning cutting-edge technologies and best practices in a supportive, remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications, with a focus on AI integration.
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Assist in the debugging and troubleshooting of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and AI trends to propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Basic understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails).
- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI/ML libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- A portfolio showcasing personal projects, even if academic or experimental.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
