Key Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a clear understanding and positive experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, technical changes, and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to a knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Required Skills
