Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Residential Concierge to join our team in Winchester. This pivotal role involves providing a premium, personalised service to residents of an exclusive luxury development. Working 12-hour shifts, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring the security, comfort, and satisfaction of all residents and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the main reception area and control access to the building, ensuring a secure environment.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional point of contact for all residents and visitors.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
- Coordinate various services for residents, including dry cleaning, taxi bookings, package delivery, and maintenance requests.
- Oversee the security systems, including CCTV monitoring and alarm response, ensuring resident safety.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and identify any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, visitor access, and resident services.
- Develop a strong rapport with residents, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Assist with emergency procedures and act as a central communication point during critical events.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operation of the residential building.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury residential, hotel, or corporate concierge role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of security procedures and building management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and discretion.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in hospitality management or customer service.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
