Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Open new accounts, process transactions, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Educate customers on various banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, investments, and digital banking solutions.
  • Actively identify sales opportunities and refer customers to specialized partners (e.g., mortgage, business banking, wealth management) when appropriate.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all bank products, services, and compliance regulations.
  • Process cash and check transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
  • Adhere to all bank security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
