Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations, both in person and over the phone.
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, provide information about services, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Process payments, manage the cash register, and accurately reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist salon staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage inventory of retail products and assist clients with product selections.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance consistent with the salon's brand.
- Communicate effectively with stylists and other team members to ensure seamless client flow.
