Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated CVS Health retail locations to evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience.
- Observe and meticulously document findings related to store cleanliness, staff courtesy, product availability, signage accuracy, and promotional execution.
- Complete detailed survey forms and written reports for each visit, ensuring accuracy and objectivity.
- Adhere to strict guidelines and protocols for secret shopping assignments and reporting.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to contribute to service improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignments and findings.
- Participate in orientation and training sessions to understand evaluation criteria and reporting tools.
Required Skills
