Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct anonymous visits to designated CVS Health retail locations to evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience.
  • Observe and meticulously document findings related to store cleanliness, staff courtesy, product availability, signage accuracy, and promotional execution.
  • Complete detailed survey forms and written reports for each visit, ensuring accuracy and objectivity.
  • Adhere to strict guidelines and protocols for secret shopping assignments and reporting.
  • Provide constructive and actionable feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all assignments and findings.
  • Participate in orientation and training sessions to understand evaluation criteria and reporting tools.
