Job Description
As a Shop Host at Nordstrom, you will be the welcoming face of our premium fashion establishment. Your primary role will be to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step into our store. You will assist customers with general inquiries, direct them to specific departments or sales associates, and maintain the aesthetic appeal of our entrance and common areas. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all customers upon their arrival and departure, offering assistance as needed.
- Act as a first point of contact, answering general questions about store layout, products, and services.

- Manage customer flow and waiting lists during peak hours, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store entrance, common areas, and designated customer lounges.

- Provide information on current promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey.
