Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Shopify Specialist to lead our influencer and affiliate marketing programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand reach, driving engagement, and increasing sales through strategic partnerships and digital campaigns. You will manage the full lifecycle of influencer and affiliate initiatives, from identification and outreach to campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization, all within the Shopify ecosystem. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and platform functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new influencers and affiliate partners aligned with Canada Goose brand values and target demographics.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring consistent communication, content alignment, and performance optimization.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers and affiliates, ensuring legal compliance and mutual benefit.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, product samples, and unique tracking links/codes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all influencer and affiliate campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring campaigns remain within allocated financial parameters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in the influencer and affiliate marketing space.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and messaging consistency.
- Utilize Shopify and related apps to manage product feeds, discount codes, and track sales generated through partner channels.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven experience working with Shopify platform, including its backend and app integrations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, conversion funnels, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling digital partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with specific influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ) or affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices as they relate to affiliate content.
- Experience in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
