Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Small Parcel Warehouse Hand to join our team in Sandy, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, sorting, packing, and preparation of small parcels for shipment. This position emphasizes a clean and organized indoor work environment, focusing on accuracy and safety in all tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming small parcels and packages.
- Sort and place items onto shelves, in bins, or on pallets according to organizational standards.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for outgoing shipments.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with scanning and inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
