Job Description

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking discreet and discerning individuals to join our team as a Spa & Salon Mystery Guest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend various spa and salon services as a regular guest, without revealing your identity as a mystery guest.
- Observe and evaluate all aspects of the service experience, from booking and check-in to treatment quality, facility cleanliness, staff professionalism, and product offerings.
- Pay close attention to details such as staff interaction, adherence to brand standards, ambiance, and the overall impression of the visit.
- Complete comprehensive evaluation reports promptly and accurately after each visit, detailing your experience and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your mystery guest assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each specific evaluation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
