Job Description
Are you ready to make a real impact on customer service this summer? GBW is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Summer Break Mystery Shoppers. This is a 3-month seasonal contract position, perfect for students, educators, or anyone looking for flexible work during the summer months. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit various businesses in the New Port Richey area, acting as a regular customer to evaluate their service, product knowledge, cleanliness, and overall customer experience. Your objective and detailed feedback will be crucial in helping our clients identify areas for improvement and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned businesses (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, service centers) according to specific guidelines.
- Observe and critically evaluate aspects such as staff interaction, product presentation, store cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Engage with employees in a typical customer scenario to assess service quality.
- Accurately and promptly complete detailed online reports after each assignment, providing objective feedback and responses to specific questions.
- Adhere strictly to assignment instructions, scenarios, and timelines.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all assignment details and client information.
Required Skills

- Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and objective reporting.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to various locations within the assigned area.
