You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring seamless operation of our critical systems. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and chat for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the ticketing system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS systems, applications, and procedures.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with remote desktop applications and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
