Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Strategist with a strong performance focus to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote (WFH) position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global brand from anywhere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy with a keen eye on performance metrics and ROI. You will drive engaging content, optimize campaigns for various platforms, and analyze data to continually improve our social media presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives, with a strong emphasis on performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and integrated campaign execution.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain a robust social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role with a strong performance marketing background.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, platform-native insights).
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or e-commerce industries.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
