Job Description
Are you passionate about video games and have an eye for detail? Electronic Arts is looking for dedicated Virtual Playtesters to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for rigorously testing pre-release video games across various platforms, identifying bugs, reporting glitches, and providing constructive feedback on gameplay, usability, and overall player experience. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from your bedroom or any other quiet space. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and play through game builds to identify bugs, glitches, and potential issues.
- Document and accurately report all discovered issues using our internal bug tracking software, providing clear and concise reproduction steps.
- Provide constructive feedback on gameplay mechanics, user interface, game balance, and overall player enjoyment.
- Verify bug fixes and regression test game features to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the development team by actively participating in feedback sessions (text-based) and contributing to game improvement discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all pre-release game content and company information.
- Stay up-to-date with gaming trends and industry best practices to enhance testing effectiveness.

- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise bug reporting.
